B&B Perruque delivers in accordance with the Standard Terms and Conditions for the Hospitality Industry (UVH). These terms and conditions have been filed with the District Court and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in The Hague and can also be found by here click here. Furthermore, the Terms and Conditions are available for inspection at our premises and will be sent to you on request. The Terms and Conditions are binding on everyone who uses our services.

General rights and obligations of B&B Perruque
Pets are not allowed at B&B Perruque.
We are under no obligation to accept and/or hold any of the guest’s belongings. This means that B&B Perruque is not responsible and/or liable for any damage, loss or theft of any of the guest’s belongings which the accommodation provider has refused to accept and/or hold in safekeeping.
General obligations of the guest
Guests are required to comply with the current house rules and code of conduct* of B&B Perruque and to follow any reasonable instructions given by B&B Perruque. The house rules and code of conduct are displayed in every room and are available on request from the host. Reasonable instructions may be given verbally.

Provision of accommodation
Check-in: At B&B Perruque, you can check in between 3 pm and 10 pm on the day of your arrival. You will receive the check-in code in advance by email. If you require a different check-in time, please let us know in advance; we will do our best to find a suitable solution.
Check-out: check-out is by 10.30 am on the day of departure.
B&B Perruque is entitled to treat the accommodation booking as cancelled if the guest fails to arrive on the reserved date and at the agreed time. The foregoing applies without prejudice to the provisions of the cancellation policy.
B&B Perruque is entitled to require the guest to accept alternative, equivalent accommodation in lieu of the accommodation that should have been provided under the agreement. The guest may refuse this alternative. In the latter case, the guest has the right to terminate the agreement to which B&B Perruque’s aforementioned request relates with immediate effect, without prejudice to their obligations under other agreements.
Cancellations
When a booking for accommodation, with or without breakfast, is made for one or more people, the following percentages of the booking value must be paid by the customer to B&B Perruque in the event of cancellation:
In the event of cancellation*:
*bearing in mind that the day of arrival begins at midnight.
The customer is entitled to cancel an agreement upon payment of the cancellation fee. If a customer does not arrive at the agreed time, they will be deemed to have cancelled and will be liable for the cancellation fee. If the customer does arrive after the agreed time, B&B Perruque may either claim the cancellation fee due or proceed with the agreement and require the customer to fulfil the agreement in full. In the event of a no-show, the customer is obliged in all cases to pay the full booking amount.
Where a booking for accommodation only, with or without breakfast, has been made for a group, the same cancellation terms and conditions as set out above apply to the cancellation of that booking.
Liability of B&B Perruque
B&B Perruque is liable to the guest for damage resulting from a failure by B&B Perruque to fulfil the agreement, unless such failure cannot be attributed to B&B Perruque or to persons whose assistance B&B Perruque utilises in the performance of the agreement.
B&B Perruque shall not be liable for any damage to or loss of goods brought to B&B Perruque by a guest staying there. The customer shall indemnify B&B Perruque against any claims from guests in this regard. The provisions herein shall not apply insofar as the damage or loss is attributable to wilful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of B&B Perruque.
B&B Perruque shall not be liable for any damage caused to or by the guest’s vehicles, except where and to the extent that such damage is the direct result of wilful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of B&B Perruque.
B&B Perruque shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage to any person or property arising as a direct or indirect consequence of any defect, quality or circumstance relating to, in or on any movable or immovable property of which B&B Perruque is the holder, (freehold) leaseholder, tenant or owner, or which is otherwise at the disposal of B&B Perruque, except where and to the extent that the damage is the direct result of wilful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of B&B Perruque.
B&B Perruque’s liability is limited to the amount that can reasonably be insured.
If B&B Perruque accepts goods, or if goods are deposited, stored and/or left in any manner whatsoever, in any place whatsoever, by any person whatsoever, without B&B Perruque stipulating any payment for this, then B&B Perruque shall not be liable for any damage to or in connection with those goods arising in any way whatsoever, unless B&B Perruque has caused such damage intentionally, or the damage is the result of wilful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of B&B Perruque. In all cases, B&B Perruque cannot be held liable for damage to goods contained within items that are deposited, stored or left behind, regardless of whether B&B Perruque charges any fee for this.
Liability of the guest and/or customer
The customer, the guest and those accompanying them are jointly and severally liable for all damage suffered by B&B Perruque and/or any third party as a direct or indirect consequence of any attributable breach and/or tort, including any breach of the house rules, committed by the customer and/or the guest and/or those accompanying them, as well as for any damage caused by any animal and/or any property in their possession or under their supervision.
Invoicing and payment
The customer is liable to pay the price agreed in the contract. Prices are set out in lists displayed by B&B Perruque in a place visible to the guest, or are included in a list handed to the customer, if necessary at their request, or which is accessible to the customer via digital sources. A list is deemed to be displayed in a place visible to the customer if it is visible in the normally accessible areas of B&B Perruque.
All invoices, including those relating to cancellations or no-shows, are payable by the customer upon presentation. The customer must arrange for payment in cash or by bank or giro transfer, unless otherwise agreed.
The guest and the customer are jointly and severally liable for all sums owed to B&B Perruque by either or both of them, for whatever reason. Unless otherwise stipulated, agreements are deemed to have been concluded on behalf of each guest. By attending, the guest acknowledges that the client was authorised to represent them when concluding the agreement in question.
Until the customer has fully discharged all their obligations towards B&B Perruque, B&B Perruque is entitled to take possession of and retain all goods brought to B&B Perruque by the customer, until the customer has fulfilled all their obligations towards B&B Perruque to the satisfaction of B&B Perruque. In addition to a right of retention, B&B Perruque shall, where applicable, be entitled to a right of pledge over the goods in question.
If and to the extent that payment is not made on time, the customer shall be in default without any notice of default being required. Only if the customer is a natural person (consumer) will B&B Perruque, in the event of non-payment, send a single notice of default setting a period of at least 14 days for payment to be made.
If the customer is in default, they must reimburse B&B Perruque for all costs incurred in connection with the recovery of the debt. Extrajudicial recovery costs will be charged in accordance with the law.
Payment must be made in euros. B&B Perruque does not accept any other (foreign) payment methods.
Lost and found
Any items lost or left behind in the building and on the premises of B&B Perruque, which are found by a guest, must be handed in to B&B Perruque as soon as possible.
B&B Perruque shall acquire ownership of any items for which the rightful owner has not come forward within one year of their being handed in to B&B Perruque.
If B&B Perruque sends any items left behind by the guest to the guest, this is done entirely at the guest’s own expense and risk. B&B Perruque is under no obligation to send such items.
Bringing your own food and drink (not permitted)
B&B Perruque does not permit guests to consume food and/or drink brought from elsewhere on the premises, including the outdoor terrace. B&B Perruque offers drinks and snacks for a fee.
House rules at B&B Perruque:
Check-in:
On the day of arrival, you can check in between 3 pm and 10 pm. You will receive a check-in code by email in advance. Other check-in times are by arrangement, so please let us know in advance.
Coffee/tea and other drinks:
Coffee and tea are included with breakfast. You are also welcome to use our coffee machine (which uses real coffee beans) at other times. Please make a note of this in our consumption log. We will add the cost to your invoice. This also applies to other drinks and snacks.
Please do not consume food or drink brought from outside:
You are not permitted to consume food or drink that you have brought with you in the communal areas. This also applies to the communal terrace. However, you are welcome to enjoy the drinks and snacks we provide. Please note your order in the order book.
Breakfast:
Breakfast is served between 8.15 am and 10.00 am. If you need to set off early and would therefore like to have breakfast earlier, please do ask us about the options available.
Check out:
You can check out by 10.30 am at the latest.
Payments:
You can pay us in cash or by debit card. An additional charge applies for credit card payments.
Internet:
You can use the Wi-Fi. You’ll find the network name and password on the blackboard in the communal area and in the information folder in your room.
Smoking:
Smoking is prohibited throughout the building, both in the rooms and in the communal areas. However, you may smoke outside on the terrace or on your private terrace or balcony. We ask that you use the ashtrays and ensure that no smouldering cigarette ends are left behind that could cause a fire or burn holes.
Pets:
Pets are not permitted at B&B Perruque. No exceptions will be made.
Nuisance:
Please bear in mind that there are other guests staying in the property. If you return late at night, or are leaving very early in the morning, please keep the noise down. And please do not turn the television up too loud late at night.
Keywords:
Your room key is also the key to the red front door. Please make sure you take the key with you when you go out, otherwise you may not be able to get back into the building.
If you lose the key, we will charge you €50.
Deposit:
We do not ask for a deposit, not even for the apartments. However, we will charge €50 if you lose the key. If any items are damaged, we will charge you for the cost of the repairs.
